携帯番号を そのまま Google Voice に

新しい Google Voice アカウント作成時、自分の携帯番号を Google Voice 番号とし使用するか、新しい Google Voice 番号を取得するか選べる様になってます。

どちらを選択するかでサービスが違ってます。

1) 自分の携帯番号を Google Voice 代表番号とし選択時：

・Online, searchable voicemail
・Free automated voicemail transcription
・Custom voicemail greetings for different callers
・Email and SMS notifications
・Low-priced international calling


2) 新たに Google Voice 番号を取得時：（上記プラス以下サービス）

・One number that reaches you on all your phones
・SMS via email
・Call screening
・Listen In
・Call recording
・Conference calling
・Call blocking


また、2) の Google Voice 番号取得後、1) のオプションと同様に Voice Mailを携帯キャリアでなく、Google Voice の Voice Mail を使うオプションも追加されてます。試してみたら T-Mobile プリペイド携帯は、このオプションは使えない様です。

自分の携帯番号を使う方法は、Google Voice 拡大にそなえ Google Voice 番号不足の対策にもなりそう。また、米国以外で Google Voice を始める時、日本の携帯電話番号でも MNP みたいな感じで出来そう (^^)
