[ROM] 08/01 1.1 - MoDaCo Custom ROM

nexus one が来た時に備え予習中 (^^;

nexus one 用 MoDaCo カスタム ROM 1.1 が既に出ており、こちらに全ての手順が紹介されてます (^^)

For the complete beginner, these are the steps you need to take with a 'virgin' Nexus One:

- Unlock your bootloader, as detailed here
- Download the patched recovery image linked above and install as detailed in that post
- Download this custom ROM, and copy it to your SD card
- Enter the recovery image (if you're not in it already) by powering on while pressing 'home'
- Select 'nandroid backup' from the menu to do a backup
- If you copied the custom rom as update.zip, select 'apply sdcard:update.zip', else select the option below.
- all done

「ポイント」をメモすると

1) bootloader の unlock 方法
こちらから fastboot.zip を入手し、Mac なら './fastboot-mac oem unlock' を使う。

事前に Google 社員に配布された nexus one の engineering bootloader は unlock 版だが、一般向け nexus one の bootloader は lock 版らしい。

2) 最新 custom recovery image に変更
1/5 現在の最新版は recovery-RA-nexus-v1.5.3.img です。
なお、これは Nexus One 専用版。

3) recovery mode に入り nandroid backup を取る
recovery mode 入り方は、本体の電源 on と同時に Home ボタンを押す。ADP1 や HT-03a と同じですね。

4) カスタム ROM 焼き
お気に入りのカスタム ROM を入手し、いつもの様に焼きます。

＜注＞「No 'wipe' is required to use this ROM.」とあり、
MoDaCo v1.1 カスタム ROM は、"wipe" しては駄目らしい (^^;

これでカスタム ROM が焼けたらいいすね (^^)
